​Personalised Meal Plan
Extensive and comprehensive meal plan formed to create a stress free, re-feeding protocol. You will receive weekly health and emotional progress evaluation and assessment conducive to personal goals, nutrition requirements and eating preferences. Each week will be catered to meet you where you guide you through challenge to achieve optimal physical and mental recovery success.


Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Caring for you and your mental-wellbeing is the priority. Weekly counselling, CBT and stress management for tailored coping strategies. These are designed to best suit you and keep you on track to move forward with your live and achieve recovery. Optional fortnightly family or caregiving counselling provided.
Dedicated Accountability and Support
You’ll receive devoted support for well-being provided through twice weekly check-in's. With additional meal, lifestyle and mental health tracking for accountability.
